You may request for a Refund / Replacement within 10 days of delivery !!!

NOTE: Be aware that Prusty’s returns policy applies as long as the items are unused, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.

Return Process:

Once the Return/ Replacement request For your return Approved, pack the item carefully and you must return the item within 3 business days , It’s a good practice to include tracking information when returning an item.

The Return shipment need to send by yourself to our warehouse address. The return shipment charges has to be bear by you, But if it is our Fault for a return ( like Wrong Product, Damaged Products)  then the return shipping charges will be refunded to you.

Depending on the Location we can arrange reverse rick up for your return shipment, The charge for return shipment will be Rs. 100, which will be deducted from your total paid amount.

Refund/ Replacement will be only processed after we received the original product from your side.
